- 2Cut the peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds

- 5Spread the remaining tomatoes in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish
- 6Fill the pepper halves and arrange them in the dish
- 7Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes
- 8Uncover and bake 8–10 minutes more, until the peppers are tender and the filling is steaming
